“Influence Peddling Networks Soon Before Justice: The Case of Troublemaker Said BENSEDIRA”

During 2021, teams from the investigation department of the Global Security Organization Against Corruption (OMSAC) embarked on a major investigation aimed at uncovering an international network specializing in various illegal activities, ranging from from influence peddling to extortion, including invasion of citizens' privacy and media denigration. This careful investigation revealed the existence of a veritable spider's web, bringing together individuals of several nationalities, including Algerian, British, Canadian, Spanish, French, Libyan, Moroccan and the Tunisian.

Influence peddling, extortion, media defamation and other illegal activities are scourges that undermine the security and integrity of society. They are pernicious, and their eradication requires effective international cooperation. This is why the OMSAC initiated investigations which led to the first arrests in France. This success is the result of a fruitful collaboration between the OMSAC Integrity & Investigation department and international security services.

We consider these arrests a crucial step in the fight against corruption and influence peddling. Indeed, criminals who engage in such activities often operate on a global scale, crossing borders with disconcerting ease. This is why it is imperative to put in place international cooperation mechanisms to counter these threats.

OMSAC, with its mission to promote transparency, integrity and ethics, plays a vital role in this fight. This international organization is committed to fighting corruption in all its forms, including illegal activities carried out by individuals or groups who seek to undermine the integrity of society.

It is important to note that OMSAC and its executives were directly affected by the actions of these individuals. In response, the organization filed suit in the courts of several countries harboring these criminals. This approach aims to guarantee respect for the laws and the dignity of citizens. OMSAC would like to reiterate that it does not tolerate any form of violation of integrity, whether through influence peddling, extortion or any other crime.

This investigation, arrests and legal actions undertaken by OMSAC are only the beginning. The organization remains vigilant and determined to continue its mission to combat corruption and similar crimes across the world. We hope that these arrests will serve as an example and contribute to the exposure and prosecution of the entire network of criminals operating in this area.

OMSAC would like to thank international security services for their cooperation in this matter, highlighting the importance of international collaboration in the fight against influence peddling and corruption.

By publishing this article, OMSAC wishes to inform and enlighten international public opinion on its actions in favor of preserving integrity and respect for the laws. The fight against influence peddling and corruption is a collective task, and the organization is determined to advance this essential cause.

We will continue to closely monitor developments in this matter and take additional steps to combat international influence peddling and corruption. Criminals who engage in such activities must know that their actions will not go unpunished and that OMSAC ensures the preservation of the integrity and dignity of citizens.

Highlighting the central role of these individuals in the media and social networks

It is essential to note that the majority of these criminals act under the guise of journalism, operating within media outlets, particularly in the field of electronic media and within private television channels. They also exploit social media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook to spread their illegal activities, while hiding behind a media facade.

These individuals, acting under the cover of journalistic pseudonyms, have transformed themselves into veritable "troublemakers" in the media space, propagating defamatory speeches, orchestrating smear campaigns and using their influence to extort funds and harm the private lives of citizens. Their harmful impact on society is significant, and it is time that these criminals be held accountable for their actions.

It is reassuring to note that the joint actions of OMSAC and international security services have made it possible to identify and arrest some of these individuals. These arrests are only the beginning, and we are hopeful that other players in this sinister web will soon be brought to justice. Their withdrawal from the media sphere represents an important step towards the restoration of integrity and ethics in the field of journalism and communication.

OMSAC will continue to closely monitor developments in this case and work with relevant authorities to put an end to the activities of these criminals. Our organization remains committed to the fight against corruption, influence peddling and all forms of manipulation, and we will spare no effort to guarantee the preservation of the integrity and protection of the dignity of citizens.

The publication of this article aims to raise international awareness of OMSAC's actions in this matter and to remind people that international cooperation is essential to confront such problems. Criminals operating in the information sector must be aware that their actions will not go unpunished, and that OMSAC and its partners ensure the preservation of the integrity and dignity of citizens.
